Wednesday, June 29 (Day 4)
Today was a day that felt like being home where I grew up; the wind was blowing, the landscape almost flat at times and I could just imagine the dike on whe horizon. Holsteins are everywhere ( the Nothern German breed of cows) and clusters of Windpowerplants. Just like at the North See.
Also, I was in the land of plenty at a "Whole Foods" store. Hey, if you are in the US watch out for one of those. Amazing variety of all sorts of organic food. I was in food heaven. Stephen loved it too, but we ate to much.
We are now in Montana. It will get more difficult to get Wi-Fi access everyday. Let's hope for the best.
Mittwoch den 29. Juni (4.Tag)
Heute habe ich mich wie Zuhause gefuehlt. Windig, stellenweise alles flach und ich hatte die
Vorstellung gleich da hinten koennte der Deich liegen. Lauter Kuehe wie in
Schleswig-Holstein und hier und da Windkraftanlagen. Da kommen Heimatgefuehle auf.
Und, stellt euch vor, wir fanden einen riesigen Bio-Supermarkt. Ich konnte mein Glueck gar
nicht fassen, ein unglaubliches Angebot an jeder Art von gesundem Essen. Stephen war auch
begeistert, allerdings haben wir zuviel gegessen.
Wir sind jetzt in Montana. Es wird immer schwieriger, einen Internetzugang zu finden. Ich werde es aber taeglich versuchen.

ich habe doch die ersten Tage eurer Reise glatt verpasst. Letzte Schulwoche, Susan, du weißt wovon ich spreche, aber es wird immer verrückter und die Tage in der Schule immer länger.Ihr habt dafür lange Tage im Auto, soviel Aufregendes scheint noch nicht passiert zu sein, aber ihr habt schon einige Meilen hinter euch. Halte durch Susan, es wird sich bestimmt lohnen. Liebe Grüße Kerstin

Well I'm in tears and will go home tonight and make a toast with Larry to our dear friend with a glass of red wine. You guys are doing an amazing job! I check in every day!
